Our firm was established in 2005 as a full-service professional services firm serving small and medium enterprises.
Over the years, we have grown to work with international clients in various industries, both public and private companies, such as manufacturing, engineering, professional services, trading, retailing, shipping, investments holding, information technology, marine and transportation.
We started small thus, we’re able to understand the needs of all companies, ensuring that we provide services that assist the companies through their different phases so that they can grow and focus on their business.
As our clients grow and expand to venture out of Singapore, we can tap on our network of professional firms to support them. Correspondingly, we provide services to international clientele of our network of professional firms that expand to Singapore.

Meet the Team
Braven Tan
Managing Partner
Braven possesses more than 20 years of audit and financial advisory experience. He has extensive accounting and audit experience with professional accounting firms. He serves clients in statutory audits and special assignments ranging from privately held companies, public listed companies, and multinational companies across a broad spectrum of industries as well as non-profit organisations.
In addition, he had more than 10 years of management experience in operations, finance, and accounting with commercial organisations. He was Chief Financial Officer of a company listed in Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX). Braven was also an Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chairman of a Singapore company with manufacturing plants based in China and listed in Bursa Malaysia.
He is proficient in English and Mandarin. He specialises in assisting companies based in China and ASEAN that seek listings on various stock exchanges including, but not limited to, the Singapore Exchange, Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, and Bursa Malaysia.
As Managing Partner, Braven is responsible for the firm’s overall direction, management and growth to drive the professional development of the staff and ensuring quality services are provided by the firm.
Braven is a Fellow and Practicing Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom and a member of the ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA).
He is a Partner of HLB Atrede LLP, a mid-tier accounting firm. HLB Atrede LLP is an independent member of HLB International, a global network of advisory and accounting firms.
Andrew Tan
Partner
Andrew has been working in the public accounting practice since 1998 and has more than 20 years of experience. He has been involved in extensive practical experience in handling major audit assignments of private and public companies including work in various industries.
Before his entry into the public accounting field, Andrew was a Senior Finance Manager in Shimano Singapore. In his 13 years there, he played a major role in implementing various computerized systems, such as costing and accounting systems for the Company and its subsidiaries in Malaysia, Indonesia, and China. He was also responsible for the strategic financial planning function of a group of companies in Southeast Asia.
Andrew is the founder and Partner of HLB Atrede LLP, a mid-tier accounting firm. HLB Atrede LLP is an independent member of HLB International, a global network of advisory and accounting firms.
Fong Ee Ping
Senior Manager
Ee Ping is a Singapore Chartered Accountant (ISCA) with more than 10 years of industry experience.
Prior to joining P K Loke & Partners LLP, she was part of the inspection team at the Practice Monitoring Department at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Singapore (ISCA), and works closely with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) to perform inspections with the objective of raising the audit quality of the audit profession in Singapore.
Prior to her appointment in ISCA, she joined Ernst & Young upon graduation from the Nanyang Technological University and gained vast audit experience in various industries, including commodity traders, retail, property management, manufacturing and construction.
Loke Poh Keun
Partner
Mr. Loke is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants with more than 20 years of experience in public accountancy. Mr. Loke graduated with an Accountancy degree from the National University of Singapore in 1983 and received his audit training in Price Waterhouse. His experience includes working as financial controller of a Singapore listed company with businesses in Southeast Asia and Australasia. He returned to public accountancy practice in 1992. Mr. Loke had served on the Board of listed companies as an independent director.
